Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, Den Norske Isbilen ensures strict quality control to maintain the cold chain from our warehouse to your door. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.
Return Process

Please check your order immediately upon arrival to ensure all frozen goods are present and in perfect condition before the driver leaves.
- 2.Document Discrepancies
If any product is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, take a clear photo of the item and its packaging as evidence for your claim.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team within 24 hours with your order number and photos to initiate a request for a credit note or product exchange.
- 4.Safe Disposal
For food safety reasons, we do not require the physical return of perishable items; once your claim is approved, you may dispose of the faulty product.
